Chemical properties

Light green powder. Soluble in acid, insoluble in water. It can be complexed with potassium pyrophosphate to form a water-soluble copper potassium pyrophosphate complex.

Use

1. Mainly used for cyanide-free plating, it is the main salt for supplying copper ions in the plating solution. Copper underlayer for decorative protective layers and partial anti-carburization coating for carburized parts.
