Indication

Rebizzini is indicated for use in combination with aromatase inhibitors as an initial endocrine therapy for the treatment of postmenopausal hormone receptor HR+ positive, HER2 advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Function

Rebizzini is a cyclin-dependent kinases 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor that binds to the cell D-cyclin to form an activity. After the complex, it plays a key role in signaling pathways that regulate cell cycle progression and cell proliferation.
