Chemical properties
Orange or yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 268-272 ° C (decomposition). Slightly soluble in water, soluble in dimethylformamide. It can be gradually converted into trans and hydrolyzed in aqueous solution.
Use
The product binds to DNA, causing cross-linking, thereby disrupting DNA function and inhibiting cell mitosis, a cell-specific drug. The product has a wide anti-tumor spectrum and is used for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, embryonic cell carcinoma, spermatogonia, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, lymphosarcoma and reticular cell sarcoma.
