Uses:
Broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, suitable for heavy mixed infection, mainly used for chronic respiratory tract, E. coli, infectious rhinitis, avian cholera, avian typhoid, etc.
Production method:
3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline is diazotized and replaced to form 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene, and then acetylated to obtain 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone, and Ethyl 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoylacetate was prepared by condensation of diethyl carbonate, and then reacted with triethyl orthoformate, acetic anhydride and cyclopropylamine to form 2-(3,4-dichloro). Ethyl 5-fluorobenzoyl)-3-cyclopropylaminoacrylate, which is reacted with NaH in anhydrous dioxane and refluxed for 2 h to give 1-cyclopropyl-7-chloro-6-fluoro-1 , 4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid, and finally reacted with water piperazine to give cyclopropionic acid.
